This event changed in update 0.1.113. Parts of this guide may be out of date; rewards and points below are already current.
Updated 20 Oct 2026: Added gathering safety advice and the confiscation guide, including precautions during Brothers in Arms.
In short
Win days, not points. Each day starts from zero and goes to the alliance with more points, by any margin. 7 of the 13 victory points win the event; the final day alone is worth 4.
Most days are decided in the last 15 minutes. Keep a reserve of instant points (whistles, fragments, speedups, Electro Cores) and use it together just before the day ends.
Free players matter too: escort and raid trucks every day, keep squads confiscating on days 1 and 3, and save Hero Fragments for days 2 and 6.

Two alliances of different states and similar strength face off for six themed days. Every point a member scores counts for the alliance, and the alliance with more points when a day ends wins that day’s victory points. The alliance with the most victory points wins the event. Only the top 20 alliances by power in your state take part.
Your personal chests are the easy part. The top chest of each day needs 125,000 points, and active players reach it without trying. Everything after that only matters for the alliance, and that’s where this event is won.

Days 2 to 5 are worth twice as much as day 1, and the final day is worth twice as much again. That gives an alliance a few ways to reach 7:
Final day plus two more: win the final day (4) and any two of days 2–5 (2 + 2).
Without the final day: win all four of days 2–5 (8). Days 1 and 6 then no longer matter.
Losing day 1 costs little: it’s worth a single point. Don’t spend your reserve there.
If the other alliance is clearly stronger on a day’s theme, let that day go and keep your items for a day you can win. A lost day costs the same whether you lose by a little or a lot, and a won day pays the same however far ahead you finish. Extra points still lift the alliance in the points ranking at the end, but they can’t win a day twice, so put your biggest items where they decide a day.
Why winning matters
The rewards for every member, by star level and result:
Alliance result rewards
StarsWinLoss
Totalall 4Win, all milestones together: 7K707350200K29Loss, all milestones together: 3.5K50225070K14
Ranking rewards follow the same pattern: at every rank, winners get about twice the Diamonds. You need 300,000 points of your own, and the alliance needs 20,000,000, to get ranking rewards at all. The full tables for every star level are under Day by day → End rewards.
How to win a day
Keep a reserve of instant points. Items score the moment you use them, so they are the right thing to hold back: Premium Whistle (9,370), Hero Fragments, Hardened Steel, Electro Core and speedups. Use them in the last minutes, not in the morning.
Don’t build up the reserve on the day itself. Do your normal play (trucks, confiscation, upgrades) during the day; the reserve is for the end.
Win by enough, not by more. The margin doesn’t count for the day, so spend what it takes to stay ahead and keep the rest for the next day it scores on, especially the final day. Extra points aren’t lost: they still count toward the alliance’s points ranking.
Watch the gap before you commit. If the day is already lost by more than your alliance can make up, keep the items for the next day they score on.
Everyone counts. The alliance total wins the day, so get every member to use their reserve at the agreed time, not just the biggest spenders.

Advanced tips and tricks
What separates alliances that win most Faceoffs from the rest. Each of these takes the whole alliance to pull off.
Use Trucks Wisely
When your trucks get successfully raided, you lose 2,500 points each time.
To reduce the likelihood of getting raided:
Use the daily assist from alliance members stronger than yourself
Delay your trucks until the second half of the day to avoid most raiders
Raid their trucks
Each raid scores you 10,000 points and takes away up to 2,500 points from the other alliance. With 4 raids a day, every member can take up to 10,000 points a day off the other side’s score, on top of their own points.
Hold back, then push together
Score slowly during the day and keep the other alliance comfortable. If they think the day is already won, they pay less attention at the end of the day. Then the whole alliance pushes together in the final minutes, with whistles, fragments, speedups and raids at once, and leaves them no time to react.
Two days won? Save for the final day
The final day is worth 4 victory points. Any two won days plus the final day make at least 7, enough to win the event. So once your alliance has won two days, the event comes down to the final day:
Stop spending on the remaining middle days unless they’re cheap to win.
Keep every item you can for the final day. Almost everything scores on it, so nothing you save goes to waste.
Expect the other alliance to do the same: the final day is where both sides bring everything.
What to save, and for which day
Each day only counts certain actions. Before the event, stop using the items in this table, and use each on the day it scores most:

Playing for free
You don’t need to buy anything to matter in this event:
Trucks every day. Escorting or raiding an Armored Truck is worth 10,000 points on all six days, more than five Legendary Hero Fragments. Use every escort and raid you have, every day.
Confiscation on days 1 and 3. Gathering resources in the state scores on those two days. It adds up from squads you’d send anyway. Gas is worth the most per unit: 2 points per 100 Gas, against 2 per 2,000 Ammo. Use your available squads when it is safe to gather.
Hero Fragments. Rare and Epic fragments pile up from daily play. Don’t use them to upgrade heroes in the weeks before; keep them for day 2 or day 6.
For resource capacities, gathering rates, Hero choices, and attack precautions, see the confiscation guide. During Brothers in Arms, ordinary gathering squads remain attackable; use a Joint Confiscation Point or recall them when you cannot watch for attacks.
Speedups. The ones from daily rewards and events are worth the same as bought ones. Save them for days 1, 2, 5 and 6.
Packs that buy the most points
Radiant Night Market
The Radiant Night Market usually runs at the same time as Alliance Faceoff, so its packs are the ones to plan around. Its Electro Cores packs score directly, on days 1, 2, 5 and 6:
Every size, counting only what scores in this event. Prices are App Store reference prices.
Its Chief Equipment packs only score indirectly: upgrading Chief equipment raises its maximum rating, worth 22 points per rating point on days 5 and 6.
Everything else on sale
Counting only what scores in this event, on the final day (when almost everything counts):
Packs you can buy while the event runs, each at its best-value size, counting only what scores in this event. One-off offers (newbie, level-up and VIP packs) and packs from events that don't run at the same time are left out. Prices are App Store reference prices.
Speedups and Electro Cores give the most points per dollar. They are also useful outside the event, so nothing goes to waste.
Whistles give fewer points per dollar, but on day 3 they’re the main thing you can buy that scores:
Packs you can buy while the event runs, each at its best-value size, counting only what scores in this event. One-off offers (newbie, level-up and VIP packs) and packs from events that don't run at the same time are left out. Prices are App Store reference prices.
Buy before the day the items score, and keep them for the last minutes like the rest of your reserve.
Common mistakes
For R4s
Before matchmaking: make sure everyone taking part is already in the alliance.
Each evening: decide whether the next day is worth fighting for, and say so. If not, members keep their items for the final day.
Set the time: name the minute members should start using their reserves before the day ends, and check who will be online.
Ranking rewards: the alliance needs 20,000,000 points and each member 300,000. Remind members who are close.

Participation Requirements
1
Only the top 20 Alliances by power in the State may participate in this event.
2
A Chief must be a member of an eligible Alliance at the time matchmaking begins in order to participate. Switching Alliances during the event will disqualify the Chief from Alliance-related portions of the event.
Event Gameplay
1
Event Duration: Two Alliances compete in a point faceoff lasting 6.5 days. A new theme is introduced each day, and the final theme lasts 1.5 days.
2
Daily Chests
2.1
Complete objectives for each daily theme to obtain Personal Points. Accumulate enough Personal Points to claim the corresponding Chest Rewards.
2.2
Note: Personal Points for Daily Chests are not reset upon leaving an Alliance. Joining a new eligible Alliance allows you to continue obtaining Personal Points.
3
Daily Win/Loss: Personal Points obtained also contribute Points to your Alliance. The Alliance with more points at the end of each day wins that day's Faceoff and obtains Victory Points.
3.1
Note: Only Chiefs who were in the Alliance when matchmaking began can obtain points for that Alliance. Chiefs who join after matchmaking begins cannot obtain points for their current Alliance. However, returning to the Alliance you were in at the time matchmaking began allows you to resume obtaining points.
4
Final Result: After the final theme's faceoff ends, the Alliance with more Victory Points wins the overall event.
5
Alliance Faceoff Star Level: The winning Alliance gains 1 Star each event; the losing Alliance loses 1 Star.
6
Points Ranking
6.1
Alliances are ranked by the total Personal Points obtained by their members during the event. Higher Rankings yield greater rewards.
6.2
Note: Only Chiefs who were in the Alliance when matchmaking began are eligible for rankings. Chiefs who join afterward are excluded. If a Chief switches Alliances mid-event, their points are retained and they may continue to obtain them upon returning to their original Alliance. Points obtained in another Alliance during the event will not count toward the original Alliance's Points Ranking.
Important Notes
1
Daily Alliance Rewards, Alliance Star Level Rewards, and Ranking Rewards are only distributed to Chiefs who are current members of the Alliance at the time of calculation.
2
To qualify for Ranking Rewards, your Alliance must obtain 20,000,000 points, you must personally obtain at least 300,000 points within that Alliance, and you must have been in the Alliance when matchmaking began. Rewards will be distributed after the final theme's faceoff ends.
