Criminal fight estimator
A criminal's Recommended Power isn't how strong it fights, and your squad's power leaves out your heroes' skills. This estimator replays the fight round by round, the way the game does, to tell you whether you'll win and what it will cost. It covers world map criminals, Bounties and Hot Pursuit Fugitives.

Target
Hot Pursuit fights aren't part of the real battle results we checked the estimator against yet, so treat these estimates with extra care.
Your squad
One row per troop type you send. Electro Level is your Guard, Biker or Marksman Academy's Electro Level (0 below Electro).
Attribute Buffs
Open any recent battle report where you attacked and copy your values from Attribute Buffs, e.g. Guard Attack +363.9%.

Heroes
Your three squad heroes and their skill levels. Hero skills often decide close fights.

Bars above the line are wins, below are losses; the taller the bar, the bigger the gap. In the shaded band, luck in the fight decides. Tap a bar or a row to make it the target.
How the estimate works
- Fights run in rounds. Guards stand in front, then Bikers, then Marksmen; each round every troop type hits the enemy's front line. Guards beat Bikers, Bikers beat Marksmen and Marksmen beat Guards, and some Bikers slip past the Guards.
- Your Attribute Buffs, hero skills and other buffs all multiply into the fight. Chance-based hero skills count at their average effect.
- The estimator was checked against more than 1,700 real battle results. When it gave a squad at least 25% to spare, every fight was won; at 20% short or worse, every fight was lost. In between, luck in the fight decides, so treat Likely win and Likely loss as close calls.
- Margin is how much bigger the criminal's squad could be before the result flips: ×1.40 means you'd still win against 40% more troops.
- Bounties are listed by grade and stage, the way the game names them. A Bounty's Recommended Power counts its troops only, not its bonuses, so it understates the tougher stages even more than for world map criminals.
- Hot Pursuit covers your own Fugitives, by difficulty and level. Some difficulties come in a second, tougher set once your server is old enough. The Alliance Fugitive Boss is a race for damage rather than a fight you win, so it isn't included.
- Best troop split keeps your number of troops and tries every mix of Guards, Bikers and Marksmen against the chosen target, with your tiers, Electro Levels, buffs and heroes. It aims for the fewest losses when a comfortable win is possible, otherwise for the biggest margin, and only suggests a change when it helps noticeably.
- Not counted yet: Electro troop skills (EM Shields, EM Motorcycles, EM Ammo). Rallies on bosses need several squads and aren't covered.
- Targets' troops and bonuses are from game data version 0.1.121.
